Job Description

We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Innovation & Projects (2 Positions)


  • Location:

    Nigdi, Pune
  • Type:

    Full-time | On-site
  • Salary:

    ₹25,000/month
  • Educational Qualification

    : M.Tech in Food Technology, Nutraceuticals or Msc Chemistry or M. Pharma from Pharmaceutics Background
  • Experience:

    Freshers with strong fundamentals can apply |

    Up to 2 years

    of relevant experience preferred


Key Responsibilities:

Innovation-

  • Understand the chemistry, role, mechanism of action, and application of the molecule Vitamin E (Natural Tocotrienol) in food
  • Plan and Design Actives (Application Based Formulations) based on the Design Thinking Approach.
  • Learn and apply food science principles in practical applications
  • Coordinate and facilitate project completion with consultants for new product development

Technical Operations-

  • Design Projects with Academic Laboratories and supervise the execution.
  • Participate in laboratory testing and analysis of vitamin-E based products
  • Help maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
  • Support pilot-scale trials under supervision

Product Development-

  • Help prepare product prototypes incorporating Vitamin E ingredients
  • Map all the testing required to validate the efficacy of the product
  • Assist in data collection and analysis

Quality & Compliance-

  • Learn and follow food safety protocols, FSSC 22000 and GMP requirements
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and test data
  • Assist in quality control testing
  • Support documentation requirements for regulatory compliance
  • Learn and understand the regulatory requirements of FSSAI
  • Assist in regulatory compliances


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques
  • Sound knowledge of food chemistry
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, basic data analysis)


Soft Skills:

  • Strong eagerness to learn and develop professionally
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
