Key responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning -

  Analyzing the User Requirement
  received (Purchase Requisition) & plan for the execution meeting organization Goals, Set Time Lines & OTIF.

• Vendor Management -

  Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for indirect categories, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance

• Negotiations -

  Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Compliance & Policy Enforcement -

  Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration -

  Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and resolve bottlenecks to Support Procurement Objectives

• Process Management -

  Manage requisition, ordering, and fulfillment processes in ERP systems (SAP/iValua)

• Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization -

  Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Reporting –

  Prepare & Submit Monthly/Quarterly MIS Report using SAP / Ivalaua system to track compliance, savings, and performance metric

Any Graduate (Pref – Dip / Engineering Degree will be Plus)
