Lead Backend Engineer (Node.js) – Lead the Future of Credit Card Platforms

As a Lead Backend Engineer, you will design and build scalable systems for our credit
card platform. You’ll work with modern technologies like Node.js, TypeScript, and AWSto deliver secure, high-performance services. This role involves architecting backendsolutions, collaborating across teams, and mentoring engineers. You’ll play a key partin shaping the platform’s growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.What will you do:
 Design and build backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs. Lead architecture and solution design for scalability and performance. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.Ensure code quality, testing, and smooth deployments. Mentor and support junior engineers.What we are looking for:
 6+ to 8+ years of backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, and RESTful APIs. Expertise in building cloud-based services on AWS or similar platforms. Strong skills in system design, microservices architecture, OOP, and APIintegration. Experience with Agile development and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice to have: Experience in financial services or credit card platforms. Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized deployments.

Node.js Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• At least six to eight years' experience as a Node.js developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
