Job Title: Senior Hardware & Networking Engineer
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 10+ years
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: IT Infrastructure / Networking / System Administration
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Servers, Network Devices, NAS, NVR,RF,and IT Assets.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform system backups, patch management, preventive maintenance, and system audits.
• Lead IT infrastructure planning, preventive maintenance scheduling, and disaster recovery.
• Support RDP users and maintain server uptime and data integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and servicing.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Expertise in backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Acronis).
• Familiarity with IT inventory, AMC, and compliance processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
• CCNA / MCSE / CompTIA Network+
