We are looking for a Senior MongoDB Engineer to lead the setup, migration, and optimization of our database infrastructure. This role will be responsible for deploying and managing MongoDB Atlas, migrating existing workloads from SQL Server, and ensuring high-performance query execution for large-scale applications. The ideal candidate will also implement cost monitoring and optimization strategies for Atlas, while collaborating with data engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.
• Collaborate with data and application teams to embed MongoDB best practices into workflows.
• Research and recommend emerging MongoDB tools and features for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• MongoDB certification.
