*Job Overview*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled MIS Executive / Data Analyst to join our team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large sets of data, preparing accurate and insightful MIS

reports, and supporting decision-making through strong analytical insights. Proficiency in Excel and data

interpretation is essential for this role.

*Responsibilities & Duties*

Design, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.) to analyze

and manage data.

Collate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency.

Perform trend analysis, variance analysis, and generate actionable insights.

Automate regular reports using Excel tools or macros to improve efficiency.

Support management with relevant data for strategic and operational decisions.

Present data in visually appealing and simplified formats (dashboards, charts).

Ensure timely and error-free reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Specific Skills-:

Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Charts, and

Macros. Strong understanding of MIS reporting structures and techniques. Solid analytical and problem￾solving skills. Attention to detail
