Senior Merchandiser

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with buyers and designers to understand product requirements and specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, cost control, and lead times.
• Prepare and follow up on Time and Action (T&A) plans to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and production units for seamless execution.
• Monitor and resolve production or supply chain-related issues proactively.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and ensure compliance with quality and ethical sourcing standards.
• Ensure product quality meets buyer expectations and industry standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement inspection and testing procedures.
• Assist in planning seasonal product assortments and forecasting demand.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to enhance product development and sales.
• Prepare costing reports and support price negotiations to optimize profitability.
• Experience: 4-6 years
