Field Supervisor - Plantation

As a Field Supervisor for the coffee plantations in Sirumalai, Dindigul District, your main role will involve overseeing and managing the agricultural practices related to coffee, pepper, lime, and other fruit plants. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Supervising the plantation activities to ensure proper care and maintenance of coffee, pepper, lime, and fruit plants - Monitoring the growth and health of plants, and implementing necessary measures for pest control and disease management - Coordinating with the plantation workers to assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work - Inspecting the quality of the produce and ensuring adherence to quality standards - Maintaining records of plantation activities and preparing reports for management To qualify for this position, you should have: - A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in agricultural practices related to coffee, pepper, lime, and other fruit plants - Knowledge of plant care, pest control, and disease management techniques - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of plantation workers This is a full-time job with day shift schedule and the work location is on-site in Sirumalai, Dindigul District.
