Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser located in Tiruppur. The Senior Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including developing and managing product lines, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their requirements, managing sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The Senior Merchandiser will also work closely with internal teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives while adhering to the company’s commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proven experience in Customer Service and building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales and Retail, including handling multiple accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Understanding of Marketing strategies to promote products and expand business opportunities.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in the textile or apparel industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
