About The Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance to ensure the highest standards in product quality across our apparel manufacturing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in quality control management, with a deep understanding of fabric and garment testing, production audits, and vendor collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines in accordance with client requirements. Conduct Fabric Physical Testing (FPT) and Garment Physical Testing (GPT) to ensure quality and consistency in production. Conduct audits of each batch of production to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Provide feedback and guidance to production teams to improve quality control processes and techniques. Identify and escalate quality-related issues to management for timely resolution. Collaborate with the production and design teams to develop new products and ensure quality standards are met from concept to production. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile engineering or related field prefer from NIFT, Pearl Academy or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in quality control management. Strong understanding of garment construction and production processes. Ability to work independently and be hands-on with production teams. Maintain accurate books of accounts in a digital-first environment using Zoho Books and other modern accounting tools. • Reconcile bank accounts, manage banking operations. • Independently file and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2A, 2B, 9, 9C), including ITC matching, tax liabilities, and E-Way bill reconciliation. • Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and quarterly e-TDS returns. • Prepare and file individual income tax returns. • Prepare daily fund positions, MIS reports, and present to management. • Draft and monitor monthly cash flow statements for strategic decision-making. • Finalize accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and ledger reconciliations. • Ensure timely audit compliance (statutory and concurrent) Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience as an Accountant with strong knowledge of Indian accounting & taxation. • Hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (experience with other ERP/accounting software is a plus). • Solid understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and audit compliances. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and reporting abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel & financial reporting tools Candidate from Garment export house experience will be preferred.
