We're on a mission to bring thoughtfully designed fashion closer to Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities through retail, ecommerce, and franchise expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabric & Trim Sourcing (Woven Focus)

• Source and develop

  woven fabrics

  in sync with design requirements (cotton, viscose, rayon, etc.)
• Build and maintain a vendor network for consistent quality and competitive pricing
• Manage lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk fabric follow-ups

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Be the main bridge between

  designers, sourcing, and production teams

• Follow up daily to ensure samples, fabric developments, and POs are progressing on time

Print & Surface Development

• Coordinate with print vendors for design transfers, strike-off approvals, and corrections
• Ensure timely execution of digital/rotary prints, embroideries, and other embellishments

Bulk Production Support

• Work with production teams to ensure smooth flow from design handover to bulk delivery
• Identify delays early, escalate issues, and ensure all targets are met

Calendar Ownership

• Create, manage, and track collection launch calendars — keeping all stakeholders aligned
• Ensure timely readiness of collections across seasons

What You Bring:

🔹 3–7 years of experience in merchandising for apparel brands

Strong technical knowledge of woven fabrics, printing, and trims

🔹 Excellent follow-up, vendor negotiation, and team coordination skills

🔹 Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Airtable knowledge is a plus)

🔹 Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth fashion setups preferred
