Role Overview

The Senior Wellness Therapist will be responsible for executing advanced therapies, ensuring high-quality treatment standards, and maintaining smooth floor operations at Prānaa. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with energy-based devices, anti-aging technologies, and wellness therapies, along with a strong understanding of client safety, documentation, and service excellence.

This is a senior operational role for someone who is tech-comfortable, disciplined, and passionate about holistic healing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Therapy Delivery & Client Care

Perform and manage various therapies including:

• Radio Frequency (RF)
• Micro-Needling RF (MNRF)
• Red Light Therapy
• HIFU / HIFEM
• IV nutraceutical support (if trained)
• PRP assistance, exosome therapy assistance (as needed)
• Conduct pre-therapy checks, safety assessments, and prepare clients for treatments.
• Maintain a high standard of service excellence, empathy, and care for every client.

2. Floor & Operations Management

• Oversee daily therapy schedules and ensure timely execution of all appointments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, and front desk for seamless workflow.
• Manage therapy rooms, equipment hygiene, and consumables.
• Ensure proper documentation of each session in digital systems.
• Assist in onboarding new clients through procedure explanations and walk-throughs.

3. Device Handling & Clinical Protocols

• Operate energy-based and body-contouring devices safely and effectively.
• Follow strict SOPs for RF, MNRF, HIFU etc.
• Monitor therapy progress and report observations to supervising doctors.
• Ensure equipment logs, calibration records, and safety checks are up-to-date.

4. Patient Education & Support

• Explain therapy protocols, contraindications, and post-care instructions.
• Support clients throughout the treatment journey, ensuring comfort and adherence.
• Build trust through clear communication, professionalism, and consistency.

5. Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Update digital health records after each session.
• Track patient progress and coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Maintain weekly reports on therapy utilization and consumables.
• Assist in maintaining overall clinic ambience and client experience.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s in:

• Physiotherapy (preferred),
• Nursing,
• Wellness Therapy,
• Clinical Aesthetic Therapy, or related fields.

4–10 years of hands-on experience in any of the following:

• Wellness centers
• Anti-aging clinics
• Dermatology/aesthetic centers
• High-end spas with clinical devices

Strong operational discipline and client-handling skills.

Ability to follow medical SOPs and maintain documentation.

Comfort with digital systems and basic tech workflows.
