Senior Marketplace Associate - Flipkart Platform (Home Decor)

As a proactive Senior Marketplace Associate at Flipkart, you will be fully responsible for owning the channel, which includes managing listings, optimization, ads, growth planning, new product development (NPD), and P&L. This role is perfect for someone who can take complete ownership and independently scale a marketplace business from end to end. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of the Flipkart channel, including developing and executing strategies and managing the P&L effectively. - Manage end-to-end listings on Flipkart, which involves creating, optimizing, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. - Drive aggressive growth by enhancing visibility, optimizing pricing, and improving product selection. - Plan and optimize Flipkart Ads to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall sales performance. - Identify trends and insights to launch new products (NPD) strategically. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at Flipkart in the category and operations departments. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze competition, manage penalties effectively, and ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing the Flipkart marketplace. - Proficiency in listing management, catalog optimization, SEO, and marketplace analytics. - Demonstrated experience in successfully running and optimizing Flipkart ad campaigns. - Good understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, selection planning, and marketplace trends. - Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
