Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves leading campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, and offline channels
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to support revenue growth
• Guide and mentor junior marketing team members or external agencies
• Ensure marketing activities comply with company standards and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
