Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Marketing Manager, located on-site in Trivandrum. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. Daily tasks include overseeing marketing activities, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms while managing a team of marketing professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO/SEM
• Excellent skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Team Leadership
• Experience with Data Analytics, Marketing Automation, and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• MBA or relevant certification is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
