Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and experienced Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives and coordinate critical client and internal projects for our Health Kiosk Solutions . The role demands proactive engagement with hospitals, insurance companies, reputed gated communities, tech parks and internal team . The ideal candidate will have strong communication and PR skills, be fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu , and be comfortable with field travel, aggressive follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement at senior levels (MDs/CEOs) . This role requires excellent communication skills, field readiness, strong organizational ability, and a proactive attitude to drive business growth and ensure project deliverables are met within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Business Development Targeted Client Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients including hospitals, insurance firms, tech parks, gated communities, and large organizations. Appointment Scheduling: Fix meetings and demos with key decision-makers such as MDs, CEOs, or administrative heads. Product Demonstrations: Plan and execute professional demos of the Health Kiosk to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and business value. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and trust-building. Aggressive Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and meetings to drive business conversions. MIS and Reporting: Maintain detailed reports of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and demo outcomes using MIS or CRM tools. Travel Readiness: Willing to travel extensively across India and surrounding regions for meetings, demos, and events. Project Coordination & Client Management Monitor and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation. Organize and participate in client and internal stakeholder meetings, documenting key actions and decisions. Ensure project deadlines are met by tracking deliverables and proactively following up with teams and clients. Prepare project-related reports, client presentations, and documentation in coordination with relevant teams. Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams for seamless execution and issue resolution. Travel to client locations at short notice for project-related reviews, demos, and escalations. Maintain project compliance with frameworks and documentation standards. Identify project risks and support mitigation planning in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA in Marketing (preferred) or Graduate in relevant field with 7-15 years of experience. Experience: in field marketing, business development, client coordination, or project support roles. Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory . Technical: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and email communication. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident dealing with CXOs and senior executives. Excellent time management and multitasking ability. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Presentable, persuasive, and proactive. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to travel frequently for field visits and client meetings. Should have own transport (preferred). Comfortable working under tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
