Job Description

Marketing Executive

This role requires excellent communication skills, field readiness, strong organizational ability, and a proactive attitude to drive business growth and ensure project deliverables are met within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development

  • Targeted Client Outreach:

    Identify and connect with potential clients including hospitals, insurance firms, tech parks, gated communities, and large organizations.
  • Appointment Scheduling:

    Fix meetings and demos with key decision-makers such as MDs, CEOs, or administrative heads.
  • Product Demonstrations:

    Plan and execute professional demos of the Health Kiosk to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and business value.
  • Relationship Building:

    Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and trust-building.
  • Aggressive Follow-ups:

    Ensure timely follow-up on leads and meetings to drive business conversions.
  • MIS and Reporting:

    Maintain detailed reports of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and demo outcomes using MIS or CRM tools.
  • Travel Readiness:

    Willing to travel extensively across India and surrounding regions for meetings, demos, and events.

Project Coordination & Client Management

  • Monitor and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Organize and participate in client and internal stakeholder meetings, documenting key actions and decisions.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met by tracking deliverables and proactively following up with teams and clients.
  • Prepare project-related reports, client presentations, and documentation in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams for seamless execution and issue resolution.
  • Travel to client locations at short notice for project-related reviews, demos, and escalations.
  • Maintain project compliance with frameworks and documentation standards.
  • Identify project risks and support mitigation planning in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    MBA in Marketing (preferred) or Graduate in relevant field with 7-15 years of experience.
  • Experience:

    in field marketing, business development, client coordination, or project support roles.
  • Languages:

    Fluency in

    English, Hindi, and Telugu

  • Technical:

    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and email communication.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Confident dealing with CXOs and senior executives.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking ability.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Presentable, persuasive, and proactive.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be

    willing to travel frequently

    for field visits and client meetings.
  • Should have

    own transport

    (preferred).
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and dynamic environments.
