Job Description

Project Coordinator

The role requires a dynamic professional capable of handling multiple responsibilities from project scheduling and documentation to client coordination and technical alignment while ensuring seamless delivery and adherence to timelines. The project coordinator should be open for travel to client locations across India (and occasionally international) on short notice for meetings, reviews, or training sessions.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of project management practices and technical project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a

    bridge between clients and internal teams

    , ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Conduct

    product demonstrations and training sessions

    for clients, ensuring in-depth understanding of Leadwinner products and solutions.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive

    project documentation

    , including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with

    development teams

    to assess technical feasibility of client requirements and ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Collaborate with the

    graphics and communication team

    to prepare professional presentations, training decks, and client-facing materials.
  • Review and interpret

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    provided by clients or implementing agencies and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  • Manage

    client meetings

    , document discussions, track action points, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and identify risks or issues proactively to maintain smooth execution.
  • Prepare and maintain a

    project management calendar

    to ensure all milestones and deliverables are achieved as per the defined timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project frameworks and maintain complete documentation for audit and review purposes.
  • Travel to client locations across India (and occasionally international) on short notice for meetings, reviews, or training sessions.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    in English and Hindi.
  • Strong

    presentation and interpersonal skills

    for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office Suite

    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative team player.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:

    M.Tech (preferred) or equivalent postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience:

    0 2 years (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
  • Notice Period:

    Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Commitment:

    Candidate must be open to providing an 18-24 months work commitment.
