This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager located in Purnea. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, and sales in Purnea.

Qualifications

Experience in Marketing Strategy development and implementation
Strong understanding of fertilisers and agriculture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience in brand management and promotion
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in the gardening or environmental sustainability industry is a plus

Salary- upto 3 lacs per annum plus incentives and perks.
