Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Specialist role located in Purnea. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing sales, implementing project management strategies, and ensuring efficient operations management. The role involves coordinating with different teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency. The job will also imvolve liasioning with unskilled labour for various work associated to the conpany. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Operations Management, and Project Management skills Excellent communication skills Experience in sales and operations Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Problem-solving and time management skills Experience in the gardening or agricultural industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Salary offer- 1.2 lacs per annum to 1.5 lacs per annum.
