APAC, (Senior) Lead Marketing Manager, Emerging Markets

As Marketing Manager – Emerging Markets, you’ll be leading marketing operations across key territories in the Asia-Pacific region, including India, Malaysia, Japan, Pakistan, Maldives, and more. It’s an opportunity to shape brand growth, drive customer engagement, and partner with franchisees to deliver commercially successful campaigns across diverse and dynamic markets.

What you’ll do

Leading marketing operations across our APAC region is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:


  • Leading and localising brand strategy across emerging APAC markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Partnering with franchisees to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, while supporting them with best practice processes.
  • Driving F&B innovation, developing a pipeline of exciting new beverages and food offers to grow retail sales.
  • Leveraging digital and data-driven marketing to optimise campaigns, boost ROI, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Managing and developing a regional marketing team, fostering collaboration, capability, and career growth.
  • Managing creative and social media agencies to localize global and creative local marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for allocation of Marketing Budget for the Emerging Markets region.


Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:


  • A seasoned marketer with 10+ years’ experience and a track record in regional or international markets.
  • Experience in QSR / Retail / F&B marketing
  • A commercial thinker with the ability to balance creativity and execution, bringing bold strategies to life.
  • A communicator with excellent stakeholder management – internal and external, able to influence across cultures and senior levels.
  • A leader who inspires and develops teams, creating clarity and engagement in diverse environments.
  • A resilient problem-solver, calm under pressure, with a collaborative and pragmatic mindset.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
