Technical Manager – Emerging Markets

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead audits, support product launches, and act as the go-to expert for technical matters in the region. This is a role where your expertise will directly impact consumer safety, brand integrity, and operational success.

What you’ll do

Technical Manager – Emerging Markets

• Leading technical governance and performance monitoring across Emerging Markets.
• Managing supplier and franchise partner compliance with Costa’s Quality Management System and local legislation.
• Acting as the first point of contact for technical matters with suppliers, bottlers, and partners.
• Driving technical risk management and supporting product commercialisation.
• Conducting audits, managing escalations, and ensuring technical approval of suppliers and distribution sites.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

• Certified in Food Hygiene and HACCP (Level 4), with formal training in quality systems such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, or BRC standards.
• Experienced in delivering technical induction and training for partners on Costa’s Global Technical Policy and compliance requirements.
• An expert with a background in food science, quality systems, and technical compliance.
• A visionary who can anticipate risks and implement robust governance processes.
• A communicator who builds strong relationships across functions and geographies.
• A leader with experience in high-risk food environments and APAC markets.
