Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute the hospital's marketing and communications efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening our brand presence, increasing patient engagement, and driving growth across service lines. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support hospital service lines, physician practices, and community outreach. Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and website content to drive patient acquisition. Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to promote key services and programs. Oversee production of print and digital advertising, promotional materials, and internal communications. Analyze market trends and patient data to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Manage public relations, media outreach, and crisis communications in coordination with the hospital leadership. Supervise marketing team members and external vendors to ensure timely and effective project execution. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). "Must have proven experience in establishing and managing corporate and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) tie-ups, including effective liaison with external partners to drive patient referrals and institutional collaborations." 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings. Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. A familiarity healthcare industry standard is a plus.
