Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute the hospital's marketing and communications efforts. This role will play a pivotal part in strengthening our brand presence, increasing patient engagement, and driving growth across service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support hospital service lines, physician practices, and community outreach.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and website content to drive patient acquisition.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to promote key services and programs.
• Oversee production of print and digital advertising, promotional materials, and internal communications.
• Analyze market trends and patient data to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Manage public relations, media outreach, and crisis communications in coordination with the hospital leadership.
• Supervise marketing team members and external vendors to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• "Must have proven experience in establishing and managing corporate and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) tie-ups, including effective liaison with external partners to drive patient referrals and institutional collaborations."
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• A familiarity healthcare industry standard is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
