Role Overview

Senior Marketing Executive

technical background (BTech/BE) plus MBA/PGDM in Marketing


Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Social Media

  • Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
  • Repurpose content (blogs, case studies, videos) into multiple formats like carousels, short videos, and reels.
  • Manage the company’s social handles, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
  • Design & Creative

  • Use Canva/AI tools to design posts, creatives, and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with design vendors/agencies when needed.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Execute campaigns through HubSpot (or equivalent automation platform).
  • Build workflows, set up landing pages, and manage lead nurturing journeys.
  • Track and report campaign performance.
  • Lead Generation & ABM

  • Support demand generation activities — webinars, email campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, outbound outreach.
  • Work with sales teams to identify and nurture target accounts.
  • Run A/B tests and micro-experiments to improve performance.
  • Email & Campaign Management

  • Draft, personalize, and schedule email campaigns.
  • Ensure deliverability and optimize for open/click rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics across campaigns (email, social, paid).
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations.


Required Skills & Tools


Must-Have

  • Hands-on with

    ChatGPT (or similar AI tools), Canva, HubSpot (or equivalent), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Apollo.io (or equivalent prospecting tool), and Google Analytics (GA4 basics)

    .
  • Strong writing and communication skills — ability to turn technical/complex topics into simple, engaging stories.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.
  • Experience in managing social media handles (brand or personal).

Good-to-Have

  • Familiarity with tools like Descript (video editing), Lumen5, Unbounce, Outreach.io/Salesloft, and webinar platforms (Zoom, Airmeet, ON24).
  • Experience with content hubs or ABM tools (Folloze, Demandbase, 6sense).
  • Basic video editing skills for short-form content.

Bonus

  • Managed your own

    creator channel or social media accounts

    with measurable growth.
  • Exposure to enterprise/B2B marketing campaigns.


Qualifications

  • BTech/BE + MBA/PGDM – Marketing (preferred)

  • Or

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (B2B preferred)
