Job Title: SAN & Storage Administrator (L3 – Dell EMC) Company: Silvereye IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Rohini, Delhi Immediate Joiner preferred! Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned L3 SAN & Storage Administrator to manage enterprise storage infrastructure with a strong focus on Dell EMC environments. The role involves handling end-to-end storage operations, ensuring performance, availability, and reliability in a mission-critical data center setup. Key Responsibilities: Perform L3-level administration and support for Dell EMC SAN environments (e.g., VMAX, VNX, Unity, PowerMax). Oversee general enterprise storage operations including provisioning, capacity planning, health monitoring, and incident resolution. Manage zoning, masking, LUN allocation, storage migrations, and performance tuning. Administer SAN fabric components (Brocade/Cisco) and ensure high availability. Execute firmware upgrades, patching, and changes with proper planning and impact analysis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Server, Network, Backup, Virtualization) for integrated issue resolution and system improvements. Ensure backup integrity, replication strategy, and disaster recovery readiness. Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs; follow ITIL-based change and incident processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience in L3-level SAN & storage administration in a data center environment. In-depth knowledge of Dell EMC storage systems and associated management tools (Unisphere, Solutions Enabler, etc.). Strong grasp of storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS) and RAID concepts. Familiarity with backup technologies (e.g., Avamar, NetWorker) and virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Working knowledge of other OEMs (NetApp, Hitachi, etc.) is a plus.
