You will have the autonomy to create the brand identity, define the voice, and develop the strategic roadmap that will introduce our undergraduate management programs to West Bengal as well as Eastern India and establish us as a premier destination for future business leaders.

Your Mission:

• Craft and execute the inaugural marketing and brand strategy to drive student admissions and build brand awareness.

• Develop compelling narratives that capture the innovative spirit of Phoenix Institute and resonate with Gen Z audiences and their parents.

• Partner with leadership to shape our value proposition and market positioning.

• Lead all early-stage marketing efforts, from digital campaigns to outreach events, measuring and optimizing for growth.

Who You Are:

✅ A seasoned marketing leader with at least 5+ years of experience, including a proven track record in launching brands or scaling new ventures.

✅ An expert storyteller with exceptional skills in brand development and analytics.

✅ Passionate about education and the transformative power of management studies.

✅ A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
