Your Mission: • Craft and execute the inaugural marketing and brand strategy to drive student admissions and build brand awareness. • Develop compelling narratives that capture the innovative spirit of Phoenix Institute and resonate with Gen Z audiences and their parents. • Partner with leadership to shape our value proposition and market positioning. • Lead all early-stage marketing efforts, from digital campaigns to outreach events, measuring and optimizing for growth. Who You Are: ✅ A seasoned marketing leader with at least 5+ years of experience, including a proven track record in launching brands or scaling new ventures. ✅ An expert storyteller with exceptional skills in brand development and analytics. ✅ Passionate about education and the transformative power of management studies. ✅ A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
