Job Title : Senior Marketing Executive Real Estate Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our real estate portfolio. This role demands a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and foster client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the real estate market, focusing on property listings, market trends, and client acquisition. Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including property launches, sales events, exhibitions, and roadshows to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity, identify industry trends, and determine effective targeting strategies for various real estate properties. Brand Management: Manage and optimize company websites, property portals, and social media platforms to enhance user engagement and ensure consistent brand messaging. Client Communication: Maintain contact with clientele by sending newsletters and updates, ensuring high levels of client engagement and retention. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing materials support sales objectives and business growth. Performance Monitoring: Analyze digital metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI. Content Development: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, social media, property listings, brochures, and more. Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and oversee property launch events, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and generate leads. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Property Development/Real Estate industry. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, including residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.), social media platforms, and content management systems. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. Creative and innovative thinking to identify new opportunities and solve problems.
