Job Title: Sr. Marketing Executive

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Reporting To: Director

Salary: 8 LPA

Objective:

To strengthen the organization’s brand presence through impactful events, strategic marketing

initiatives, and creative communication across digital, print, and internal & external platforms.

Key Result Areas:

•       Manage brand development and strategy implementation across multiple platforms.

•       Oversee design and development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and creative.

•       Handle graphic design work using Canva, Photoshop, and related tools.

•       Manage social media marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across channels.

•       Coordinate and develop internal communications (quarterly newsletters, Monday Blues email, etc.) in collaboration with teams.

•       Support in strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies for seamless execution of campaigns and events.

•       Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and international counterparts.

•       Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international events annually.

•       Lead website updation and ensure timely communication of brand messages.
