Senior Manager

You will be joining Wipro Limited as a Senior Manager Presales, based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in handling complex, multi-service line, or large deals for the Consumer, Retail & Lifesciences Services industries within A1 Strategic Market Unit. Your duties will include mentoring junior Deal Execution Managers and overseeing multiple deals being executed by the team. Your main responsibilities will involve managing RFPs, pursuing and winning multi-service line deals worth over 10 million, creating Deal Summaries and Win Strategies, leading end-to-end solutions processes, and ensuring timely submission of bids. Moreover, you will be accountable for owning the overall integrated solution, collaborating with various teams to craft compelling responses, and aligning the final solution architecture with terms and conditions. Additionally, you will coordinate with different teams for estimation and commercial aspects, engage in sales enablement initiatives to drive GTM and geo pipeline targets, and collaborate closely with sales teams to represent solution offerings to clients. Team management and bid leadership will also be part of your role, including mentoring junior members, monitoring bid executions, and improving team quality through knowledge repositories and toolkits. The ideal candidate for this role should have an Engineering or MBA (full-time) background with a minimum of 12 years of work experience, preferably 6+ years in pre-sales & solutions. You should possess a high-level understanding of digital, data, cloud, run & change, and infrastructure technologies, along with excellent knowledge of enterprise IT and delivery/pricing models. Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work with diverse teams, take calculated risks, and drive consensus.
