Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process—from sourcing to hiring—in the organization and for building a talent pool pipeline across all verticals.
  • Responsible for lateral hiring in sales and Non-IT for mid to senior levels.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality database using available resources to the fullest extent, such as Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, and others.
  • Draft job descriptions, understand the JD, and develop a recruitment plan accordingly.
  • Meet with hiring managers to discuss job roles with the team.
  • Vendor management
  • Publish trackers to respective HODs daily, weekly, or monthly as required.
  • Managing a team of 5-7 recruiters
