Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our syndication team in Mumbai - Lower Parel. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and a strong background in sales and syndication, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate the syndication process to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure success and inform future business decisions.

Job
Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, particularly in capital markets and syndication.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective relationship management and strategy development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions.
Experience working with high-performing teams, providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
