What You’ll Do

Lead
process automation & engineering
to scale operations efficiently.
Drive
P&L optimization
and implement
ERP/WMS solutions
.
Design
SOPs
and improve key metrics: cost efficiency, productivity, quality.
Manage
inventory, assets, and vendor efficiency
.
Partner with tech & product teams to build scalable supply chain systems.
Travel
25–35%
for on-ground execution.

What We’re Looking For

6–8 years
of experience in supply chain/operations (startup exposure preferred).
B.Tech (IIT/NIT)
or MBA with a strong operational/engineering background.
Proven track record in
process design, automation & material management
.
Hands-on experience in
ERP/WMS & system building from scratch
.
Strong
stakeholder & vendor management
skills.
