As the Deputy General Manager - Strategy, M & A, and Executive Assistant at Sterling and Wilson, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Chairman's Office, balancing executive assistance to the Promoters and aiding the Head of M&A and Strategy in driving strategic initiatives at both the business and Group levels. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining confidentiality, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Initiatives**: - Assist in executing strategies to align with overall company goals. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on key strategic initiatives and projects. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. - **M&A Execution**: - Support in preparing presentations and managing due diligence processes. - Conduct financial analysis and assess risks and opportunities for value creation. - **Financial Modeling & Presentation**: - Develop and analyze financial models for current and future projects. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders. - **Process Improvement**: - Identify and implement process improvements across the company and Group entities. - **Team Facilitation & Culture Building**: - Conduct meetings to review progress and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration. - **Executive Assistant Responsibilities**: - Act as the main point of contact between the Promoter Group and stakeholders. - Coordinate business appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for the Promoter Group. **Key Performance Indicators:** - Projects Closure Success Rate - Strategic Implementation Effectiveness - Market Impact Post-M&A - Stakeholder Engagement Metrics **Organizational Accountabilities:** - Adherence to corporate governance standards and compliance. - Maintenance of confidentiality of strategic and financial information. - Contribution to fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and innovation. **Key Internal Stakeholders:** - Executive Leadership Team - Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Sales Teams **Key External Stakeholders:** - Investment Banks and Financial Advisors - Legal and Regulatory Authorities - Industry Experts, Analysts, and Business Partners **Job Qualifications and Requirements:** **Knowledge and Experience:** - Extensive experience in corporate strategy, M&A, business development, and executive assistance. - Proven track record in leading M&A transactions and financial modeling. - Experience in providing executive support at a senior level. **Education and Certifications:** - MBA or related field preferred. - Professional certifications in finance, strategy, or project management advantageous. **Interpersonal Skills:** - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment with discretion and confidentiality.,
