As the Senior Manager Strategy & Organisational Learning , you will drive how we learn as an organisation, how we capture and share knowledge, and how we stay strategically aligned as we scale.
This role is a blend of strategy, systems, and culture-building . You will lead the implementation of a Knowledge Management System (KMS), strengthen our governance processes, and enable organisation-wide visibility on priorities and performance through platforms like JIRA. You ll also ensure that field insights, program learnings and internal learnings inform leadership decisions, creating a culture where knowledge drives action.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct needs assessments to map knowledge flows, bottlenecks, and user requirements.
Facilitate co-design sessions to align the KMS vision with Quest s values and future needs.
Identify and implement the most suitable tech platform in collaboration with Tech, Impact, and Marcom teams.
Define contribution protocols (updates, ownership, cycles) to ensure regular knowledge capture.
Partner with program teams (Youth, Schools, QEL, Hub) to harvest learnings from fieldwork, reviews, and sessions.
Curate and update documentation, reports, policies, and resources for institutional memory.
Collaborate with Marcom and L&D to make knowledge assets accessible and engaging.
Establish adoption and usage metrics; iterate system design based on feedback.
Ensure the KMS is embedded in everyday workflows by August 2026.
Promote a culture of learning by modeling active use and celebrating contributions.
Governance Framework & Planning
Design and institutionalise an annual governance calendar (planning, quarterly reviews, board meetings, decision forums).
Align review structures and templates with organisational goals and team priorities.
Lead the annual planning process, consolidating inputs and presenting to the Executive Team.
Coordinate governance meetings: set agendas, synthesise data, track actions, and ensure closure.
Support risk identification and mitigation during reviews.
Prepare strategy decks, governance dashboards, and learning summaries.
Anchor the Governance Committee and track its progress against plans.
Org Goals - Implementation & Tracking
Lead org-wide project management adoption to enable transparency and collaboration.
Support teams in setting up projects, OKRs, and workflows aligned to their priorities.
Ensure real-time progress tracking and course correction through JIRA usage.
Track shared organisational goals, enabling cross-team follow-ups and reporting to leadership.
Operational Excellence & Alignment
Build systems that allow team leads to identify areas of progress and challenges.
Integrate performance and planning rhythms (mid-year reviews, check-ins, priority reviews) into leadership spaces.
Track shared and individual priorities, monitor alignment, and surface insights for decision-making.
Support cascading of strategic conversations through Integrators and Future Hackers.
Support board deck creation, ensuring consistency with Quest s narrative and data.
Conduct regular field visits to stay connected with on-ground realities.
Integrate field insights into governance and knowledge systems.
Role-model reflection, rest, and inquiry as part of resilient leadership practices.
Ensure timely delivery of recurring organisational tasks (reports, trackers, reviews).
Anticipate cross-functional dependencies and proactively enable coordination.
Model responsiveness in communications, task tracking, and collaboration.
Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and planning files.

Skills & Experience
8 12 years of professional experience in Project Management, knowledge management, strategy, or organisational learning .
Proven track record in building systems for knowledge sharing and governance .
Experience with project management tools (JIRA preferred) and OKR frameworks.
Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
Exposure to social impact, development, or education sectors preferred.
A postgraduate degree in Management, Organisation Development, Public Policy, Education, or related fields is desirable.
Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 1,20,000/- per month (cost to company) ( The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
