The Senior Manager - Solar Project Execution will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of large-scale solar power projects. This includes planning, resource allocation, vendor management, compliance, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor project engineers, site managers, and execution teams.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.

Vendor & Contractor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and manage EPC contractors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and monitor performance.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

Implement quality assurance and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols.
Conduct regular audits and inspections at project sites.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal teams, clients, government authorities, and financial institutions.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure contingency plans are in place for critical project phases

Education:

bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.

Experience:

15+ years in solar project execution, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale solar projects (utility-scale preferred).

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of solar PV systems, grid integration, and EPC processes.
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
