Job Description

The Workday Solution Excellence and Governance Lead is responsible for the strategic design, configuration, and governance of the Workday platform across all functional domains. This role ensures that Workday solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Design

Lead the architectural design of Workday tenant configurations.
Ensure alignment with business needs and higher education or enterprise requirements.
Develop scalable and future-proof solutions across Workday modules.

Governance & Compliance

Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes.
Manage security design and access controls to meet privacy and compliance standards.
Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation (decision logs, configuration inventories, etc.).

System Integrity & Change Management

Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring.

Reporting & Analytics

Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership insights.
