The Workday Solution Excellence and Governance Lead plays a crucial role in the strategic design, configuration, and governance of the Workday platform across all functional domains. This position is responsible for ensuring that Workday solutions are not only scalable and secure but also aligned with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: - Lead the architectural design of Workday tenant configurations. - Ensure alignment with business needs and meet higher education or enterprise requirements. - Develop scalable and future-proof solutions across various Workday modules. Governance & Compliance: - Establish and maintain governance frameworks for configuration changes. - Manage security design and access controls to adhere to privacy and compliance standards. - Conduct regular audits and maintain documentation such as decision logs and configuration inventories. System Integrity & Change Management: - Oversee change processes across production, sandbox, and implementation tenants. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through governance policies and monitoring. Reporting & Analytics: - Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide leadership insights.
