Senior Manager – Service Delivery TPRM

You’ll lead a growing team of analysts and project managers, collaborating across global delivery, advisory, and compliance teams to optimize processes and deliver high-impact outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of third-party and supply chain risk assessments across global client accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, consultants, and project managers.
  • Design and refine delivery processes, tools, and workflows to support scale and efficiency.
  • Track and report on service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics.
  • Partner with advisory, technology, and compliance teams to ensure integrated and seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a primary operational point of contact for client delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage resource planning, team allocation, and operational capacity to meet service demands.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in service delivery, risk operations, or project/program management within compliance, consulting, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client-facing delivery projects or assessments.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk, supply chain compliance, or enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Experience building or optimizing delivery processes, especially in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global teams.
  • Experience working with international clients or cross-functional delivery teams is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes is a distinct advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
