Senior Manager- Security Physical

Role Overview: As a Strategic Operations Manager, your role will involve providing strategic inputs from the automation operations domain to align with the Group's strategy. You will partner with the team to operate and maintain automation and technology initiatives, design integration of new projects with legacy infrastructure, and stay updated on the latest developments in security technology. Additionally, you will participate in budget finalization, upgrade team skills, track system obsolescence, and coordinate tech upgrades in sync with the BU/Project team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic inputs aligned with the Group's strategy and policy - Partner with the team to operate and maintain automation and technology initiatives - Design integration of new projects with legacy infrastructure - Stay updated on the latest developments in security technology - Participate in budget finalization for technology and automation operations - Upgrade team skills on relevant subjects as per industry standards - Track system obsolescence and coordinate timely tech upgrades - Monitor health checks on systems, applications, and equipment - Institutionalize technology service desk for problem resolution - Design SOPs and policy matrix for system issue resolution - Conduct audits for automation systems installed at the site - Define SLA for partner association with the company Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Instrumentation/Engineering or relevant field - Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (desirable) - Certifications such as CPP, CFE, TAPA, PSP, CISSP, or industrial security professional certifications (preferable) - Minimum 15 years of experience in systems operations and maintenance - At least 5 years of experience in a team leading role - Hands-on experience with large-scale systems operations - Exposure to technology and automation strategies - Familiarity with end-to-end security operations - Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing stakeholder interactions - Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions,
