Job Description

In this role, you will be an individual contributor focused on driving the Data Centre & Industry End-user segment. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver the assigned sales target on Data Centre accounts and Industry End User segment, with a specific focus on products such as Transformer, HT Panel, LV Panels, Power breakers & busducts, power quality & measurement, UPS, Cooling Solutions, Software, and industrial automation products using a One SE approach. Your tasks will include customer mapping, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, retaining existing DC clients, converting new accounts in the India DC End User market, prospecting for new segments, and increasing the market share for Schneider Electric. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales in Data Centre & Industry End-user segment - Customer mapping and collaboration with stakeholders - Retain existing clients and convert new accounts - Prospect for new segments and increase Schneider Electric's market share - Create business forecasts, conduct market potential and competition analysis - Ensure price realization from the market with a segment-focused approach - Connect with DC EU and Industry accounts, pitching One SE approach - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance business - Develop strong prescription/demand generation with segment leaders - Increase the footprint of innovative and new offers in the market - Network with internal and external stakeholders - Plan and achieve sales goals - Conduct technical and product presentations - Analyze market and competition trends, customer mapping, and tapping into untapped verticals/segments - Demonstrate commercial competency and understand contracts - Familiarity with the competition landscape - Working knowledge of Low Voltage Offers, Medium Voltage Offers, Low Voltage Sandwich Busduct, Secure Power (including UPS, Racks & Cooling Solutions), Digital Energy Product offerings Qualifications: - Minimum 6/8 years of experience, preferably with Data Center & Industry End User exposure (Pharma, WWW, MMM) - Knowledge of Industrial Automation is desirable - Familiarity with Industrial Automation Software and Energy Management Software - Understanding of Power Systems (Transformer, HT panel, LV Panel, UPS) In this role, you will be working full-time with the requirement number: 00981B.,
