Responsibilities: Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of EcoStruxure Power Operation Drivers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on driver development. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and interfaces. Experience with SCADA systems, power monitoring, and control applications. Familiarity with EcoStruxure Power Operation or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with TGML based platforms. Knowledge of power quality and electrical systems. Experience in developing modular, scalable, and reusable software solutions. Strong technical writing skills for documentation and reporting
