Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of EcoStruxure Power Operation Drivers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements. Ensure the drivers are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to driver functionality. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on driver development. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols and interfaces. Experience with SCADA systems, power monitoring, and control applications. Familiarity with EcoStruxure Power Operation or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with TGML based platforms. Knowledge of power quality and electrical systems. Experience in developing modular, scalable, and reusable software solutions. Strong technical writing skills for documentation and reporting
