Job Description

This role is for a Supply Chain Planner with 4-6 years of experience in a planning function. You'll be instrumental in managing the plant's Master Production Schedule, optimizing material flow, and ensuring efficient production to meet customer demands. Roles & Responsibilities Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule, including forecasting workload/capacity and supplier forecasts. Manage the flow of raw materials and sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop. Manage the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to customers. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule for production lines (1 to 3), respecting order milestones, adjusting resources for unforeseen events, and optimizing Work In Progress (WIP). Ensure the update of key parameters for supply and stock management. Plan, schedule, and prioritize resources to execute Customer Projects in production. Perform data analysis for process optimization and improvements. Ensure efficient use of the SAP ERP for systematically triggering production orders. Main Activities Schedule in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line. Collaborate with Project Managers for data sanity in order book (OB) and execution. Apply and conduct the Healthy Production Start methodology. Assign resources to adjust capacity and smooth the load. Balance global workload weekly and allow for changes during the week for order release. Participate in planning SIM and complete the load/capacity excel sheet. Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) cycle. Qualifications B.E. Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a Supply Chain Management (SCM) function. Working knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management)
