The IT Application Owner (ITAO) is responsible for the Application Management of a single or a portfolio of applications in Pune, India. The ITAO must ensure that the application(s) are enhanced and maintained in accordance with the Banks IT Security Risk and Compliance requirements of the client and other stakeholders as included in the application strategy and service levels. Additionally, the ITAO identifies and manages the risks and issues associated with the application(s) and escalates them appropriately. The primary responsibilities of an IT Application Owner include managing disaster recovery activities, remediation of gaps in application lifecycle management activities, handling application-related risk and compliance evaluation tasks, managing IT security incidents, planning and managing application events and database events monitoring, managing application capacity forecasting and monitoring, planning and managing application user access related tasks, infrastructure activities, planning for application hardware/software/license upgrades or migration activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and vendors, and interfacing with auditors for IT audits and self-identified issues. ITAO should have basic technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge, onboard applications onto Deutsche Bank's IT risk and control related tools, interface with auditors for audits and risk reduction, identify gaps in IT risk and control based on application knowledge, and remediate IT-related audit findings and issues. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Experience in Oracle ERPServices/CMRO and Oracle 12i E-Business Suite preferably in a Global Finance environment ,Knowledge in Oracle . . Financial standard functionality and experience with customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integration (CEMLI) components. . Working knowledge of Oracle Setups for R12 E-Business Suite: O2C and P2P Business process cycle, functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces. This role is for a Supply Chain Planner with 4-6 years of experience in a planning function. You'll be instrumental in managing the plant's Master Production Schedule, optimizing material flow, and ensuring efficient production to meet customer demands. Roles & Responsibilities Manage the plant's Master Production Schedule, including forecasting workload/capacity and supplier forecasts. Manage the flow of raw materials and sub-assemblies from suppliers to the workshop. Manage the flow of the plant's finished goods from the workshop to customers. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule for production lines (1 to 3), respecting order milestones, adjusting resources for unforeseen events, and optimizing Work In Progress (WIP). Ensure the update of key parameters for supply and stock management. Plan, schedule, and prioritize resources to execute Customer Projects in production. Perform data analysis for process optimization and improvements. Ensure efficient use of the SAP ERP for systematically triggering production orders. Main Activities Schedule in detail the different tasks of the manufacturing line. Collaborate with Project Managers for data sanity in order book (OB) and execution. Apply and conduct the Healthy Production Start methodology. Assign resources to adjust capacity and smooth the load. Balance global workload weekly and allow for changes during the week for order release. Participate in planning SIM and complete the load/capacity excel sheet. Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) cycle. Qualifications B.E. Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a Supply Chain Management (SCM) function. Working knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management)
