Role & responsibilities Financial: • Will be responsible to handle sales for Branch/Area/ City/ Region. • Handling all segments of B2B Sales and Business Devt -SME, Retail, Institutional, Horeca and Key Channels • Sales forecasting and Budgeting and managing sales outflow • Maximizing ROI of the region. • Distribution and Channel Management • Liaison for closure of Key Accounts. • Asset & Equipment maintenance. • Wastage control measures. Process and customer orientation: • Ensures smooth interaction with support functions and further integration with sales team. • Competitor analysis and Market Intelligence. • Distribution management and managing statutory compliances • Ensure the SOPs are followed throughout the region. • Integrity and cost consciousness • Minimize machine pullouts and maximize revenue from existing accounts • Conceptualize and implement strategies for alternate sales channel Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM Marketing/Sales (Tier 1 College) 9-16 years of experience Handled Institutional, Government and Corporate sales Experience in distributor and channel sales management Team management and Vendor Management Excellent communication & influencing and negotiation skills Financial awareness Ability to strategize & analyze reports Sales & Business Development orientation Good Leadership and Team management skills
