Role Overview: You are an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales & Business Development Manager responsible for leading growth efforts at Mad Men Marketing. Your role will involve developing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving strategic revenue initiatives across branding, advertising, and digital service lines. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business leads across sectors such as FMCG, lifestyle, tech, etc. - Lead pitches, craft proposals, and close high-value deals with brands and corporates - Build long-term client relationships and drive account growth - Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and servicing teams to ensure delivery excellence - Attend industry events and represent Mad Men Marketing as a thought leader Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising sales or agency business development - Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and client acquisition - Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns,
