Senior Manager Sales Business Development

In this role at our esteemed company with over 25 years of experience in the Indian steel wire industry, you will be pivotal in driving the function of sales. Your main responsibilities will include converting potential customers into buyers, exploring new applications and market segments to expand the business, and achieving sales targets through direct sales channels. You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and relevant departments, such as production planning, while enhancing communication through various channels like emails, meetings, and calls. Building strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing customer credit through consistent follow-ups, meetings, and field visits are also key aspects of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new business presentations and generate leads effectively - Develop and achieve sales targets through direct sales channels - Nurture existing clients and acquire new business opportunities - Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and relevant departments - Enhance communication through various channels like emails, meetings, and calls - Build strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service - Manage customer credit through consistent follow-ups, meetings, and field visits Qualifications Required: - A graduate in any stream with an MBA (preferred) - Essential experience in B2B sales, managing sales through OEMs/traders, industrial sales, and engineering products - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience - Willingness to travel within India About the Company: The company has an annual capacity of 180,000 MT and is a highly trusted name in the Indian steel wire industry.
