Senior Manager Sales Business Development

Role Overview: As a Sales Field Efficiency Captain, your primary responsibility is to optimize field sales performance by enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies. Your role will involve driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and fostering a high-performance sales culture within the field team. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, analyze, and enhance the efficiency of field sales teams to drive sales performance and productivity. - Conduct field audits and ride-alongs to assess sales execution and effectiveness. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training to field sales teams to enhance their skills and competencies. - Organize OJT workshops and training sessions to further develop the sales team. - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales execution, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field sales. - Work closely with sales leadership to implement data-driven decision-making processes. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to field efficiency and sales productivity. - Generate and analyze reports to measure sales effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. - Liaise with internal teams such as Sales Management, HR, and SCDI to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. - Communicate best practices and operational updates to the field sales force. - Serve as a bridge between field sales teams and senior management for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in the same domain post education. - Full-time Post Graduation (MBA/PGDM) is mandatory for this role.,
