**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Manager/Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager - Sales & Business Development (SMT Business) at NMTronics, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, business expansion, and strategic partnerships within India's electronics manufacturing ecosystem. Your deep knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and electronics manufacturing processes, coupled with a proven track record in high-value technical sales, will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and supporting project implementation. Extensive travel across India will be required to achieve these goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales of SMT equipment and automation solutions by identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term customer relationships. - Analyse emerging trends in the electronics manufacturing sector to develop market entry and growth strategies across key regions. - Work closely with OEMs, EMS providers, and manufacturing units to position NMTronics as their preferred technology partner. - Collaborate with technical teams to propose the right mix of SMT solutions based on customer requirements and production goals. - Liaise with global technology partners to align on pricing, product roadmaps, and joint marketing initiatives. - Engage in frequent travel (60-70%) across India for client visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and installations. **Qualifications Required:** - B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred) - Diploma candidates may require 3 years more working experience - Manager - Sales & BD: 8-10 years in SMT, electronics manufacturing, or capital equipment sales - Senior Manager - Sales & BD: 10-12 years in SMT, electronics manufacturing, or capital equipment sales - Deputy General Manager - Sales & BD: 12-15 years in SMT, electronics manufacturing, or capital equipment sales **Additional Details:** NMTronics is a leading Partner in Technology for manufacturers across India, excelling in the sales and service of Capital Equipment, Manufacturing Technologies, and Engineering Consultancy in various sectors.
