Key responsibilities include: 1. Installation and Commissioning: Lead the installation and commissioning of screen and digital printers at customer sites. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that all equipment is installed correctly and functioning according to specifications. Collaborate with customers to customize printer settings based on their specific requirements. 2. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance checks on printing equipment to identify and address any potential issues proactively. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems. Coordinate with internal teams to order replacement parts and components as needed. Execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production. 3. Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from customers. Provide comprehensive training to customer personnel on the operation and maintenance of printing equipment. Offer remote assistance and on-site support to resolve technical issues promptly. 4. Travel and Flexibility: Be willing to travel extensively to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and support purposes. Adapt to varying work schedules and locations based on customer demands. Maintain flexibility to accommodate urgent service requests and tight deadlines. 5. Adherence to Protocols: Follow established service protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all service activities. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working on customer premises. Document service interventions, including detailed reports and service logs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (7 to 10 years) working with large format industrial printers, preferably in the textile industry. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse environments. Familiarity with standard service protocols and procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
